Remove temp files from your PC: Expend the Printers, Print Queues and Other Devices category and look for any “Unknown Device” instance, right click and remove any such instance. Next thing would be to the update the printer from the device manager. This printer predates the Scan to Email app on many of HP’s more modern printers and scannre a Laserjet printer it does not have a Scan to Computer option. No software or drivers are available for this product with the selected operating system.
